Automation

Business process automation with scripts, integrations and AI agents that take repetitive work off your team.

Illustrative interface, not a client project.

What we build

We automate the repetitive parts of running a business: moving data between systems, sending the right message at the right time, preparing reports and releasing software without manual steps. Where judgment is needed we build in a human approval step instead of removing the human.

Our own open-source work includes a Claude Code plugin that runs a multi-stage video production workflow with approval gates. Separately, at their employers, team members have built release pipelines on GitHub Actions and WordPress.org SVN (Ariful at weDevs).

Typical deliverables

  • Integrations between your tools through their APIs, written in Python or Node.js.
  • Scheduled jobs and queues, with logging and alerts when something fails.
  • SMS, email and notification flows, with provider fallback where needed.
  • CI and release automation.
  • AI agents and MCP tools wired into your workflow, with review steps where the output matters.

How we work

We map the current process first and automate the parts that cost the most time. We deliver one workflow at a time, show you the logs, and document how to operate it. Ongoing tuning is available on a monthly retainer.

Questions before you write to us.

Short answers on how we work. Anything else, ask by email.

Can automations include a human approval step?

Yes. Where a mistake would be costly, the workflow pauses for a person to approve before it acts, and it logs what happened.

Which processes are worth automating?

Repetitive, rule-based work that moves data between systems, such as imports, reports, notifications and approvals. We review the process with you first and automate the parts where the saving is clear.

Planning automation?

Tell us the goal and the constraints. We reply with questions, then a written scope and quote.
